Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
